Move over, Punxsutawney Phil, here comes Paul the Prognoctopus! Last night, Rachel introduced us to a German octopus with an extraordinary talent.

One of the reasons I like to watch “The Rachel Maddow Show” – besides its “adorkable” host, of course – is that from time to time, I get to learn something new about my own country.
