The Most Enchanting German Women 2010

6.6. Maike von Bremen

Actress Maike von Bremen is probably best known in Germany for playing Sandra Lemke on the popular German soap opera “Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten” (“Good times, bad times”). Still, it’s most likely her role as Juliette Gagnon, the French chocolate maker who turns Kerstin Töppers’ head on “Marienhof”, that made readers of this blog vote for her in the “Enchanting German Women” poll. Which is all the more remarkable as her storyline only lasted for half a year.

Apart from acting, Maike von Bremen is also a singer. Her single “More than This”, which was released in 2006, reached #22 in the German single charts, and at least one of her other songs, “Come closer”, was used for an episode of Marienhof.

  1. WOW! Your readers got a real good taste, MeL! I feel that the inspiration for another video dedicated only to the 12 winning ladys is coming to my mind. ;) I’m a little bit proud that Meike Schlüter is still in the mind of people ’round here or maybe my little interference with a few pictures of her in the video worked. ;)

Btw thank you for considering my little slideshow video the must see of the week, I am really flattered!

When I get my computer back (hopefully tomorrow) I will start to work on the winning ladys video. The power supply was damaged and that ruined also my hard disc drive. Luckily I saved most of the data on an external drive, so I should be able to begin right then, when the repair is done.

  2. WOW what for a amazing vote! :) congratulations to anne will, claudia hiersche, miriam meckel.

  4. Well….I was out of the country (away from a computer) and missed the vote, but I agree with the top 5 (except of course I would have put Claudia Hiersche as #1 and Anne Will as #2).

  5. A few days ago, I had the chance to personally tell Anne Will that she was voted “Most Enchanting German Woman” by you. At first, she joked that there was probably only one name on the list of candidates, but when I told her that there was no list of candidates at all, and that she also got votes from outside of Germany, she was very impressed. We only talked briefly, but it was enough to convince me that the result of this poll was very well deserved, she’s very nice, charming, and also very attractive.

I didn’t have the chance to talk to Miriam Meckel as well, but I told Anne Will that her girlfriend made the list of Most Enchanting Women as well. Anne joked that it’s better to not let Miriam know that she only came in 3rd. ;)

I know it’s only September, but after this chance meeting, I’m sure which real-life couple will definitely make my “Enchanting Women of 2010″ list.

  6. Olá, sou fã de Claudia Hiersche.Alguém sabe quando ela volta a TV ou ao cinema?

    Saudades de Claudia Hiersche.

  7. Will there be a new poll this year: Most Enchanting German Women 2011?
I’m pretty sure I already know which two lovely ladies would come in on spot #1 and #2.
    ;)

    • I’m sure about that, too. ;)

Unfortunately, at the moment, it’s because of those two ladies that I’m way too busy to conduct another poll. :( But maybe later this year.
