The Most Enchanting German Women 2010

The results are in, and they might surprise you. Or maybe not.

A couple of weeks ago, I asked you who you think the most enchanting German women are, and you replied.

After two weeks and a few hundred votes, you not only let me know who your clear favorite is, but also gave 8 (!) women the exact same amount of votes. Which means that I now get to present you with a list of not only 10, but 12 enchanting German women and one honorable mention.

Even though the vast majority of votes were sent in from Germany, there were also votes from France, the UK, the Philippines, Singapore, Switzerland, Thailand and the U.S. In total, the lists of nominees included the names of more than 80 women from all areas of life, not only actresses, TV hosts, musicians and sports women, but also a politician and even a former bishop.

The youngest woman in the Top 12 list is 29, all of the others are in their 30s and 40s.  (Which means that, unlike last weekend, 19-year-old German ESC winner Lena did not rule THIS vote.) Also, four of the women in the Top 12 are dating women in real life, including the lovely lady who snatched the top spot, whereas four only kiss women on TV (at least as far as I know).

So, have I teased you enough? Well then, without further ado, here they are: The Most Enchanting German Women 2010, according to your votes!

  1. Anne Will
  2. Claudia Hiersche
  3. Miriam Meckel
  4. Dunja Hayali
  5. Ulrike Folkerts
  6. (With the same amount of votes, in alphabetical order:)

    4. Meike Schlüter
    5. Esther Schweins

  1. WOW! Your readers got a real good taste, MeL! I feel that the inspiration for another video dedicated only to the 12 winning ladys is coming to my mind. ;) I’m a little bit proud that Meike Schlüter is still in the mind of people ’round here or maybe my little interference with a few pictures of her in the video worked. ;)

Btw thank you for considering my little slideshow video the must see of the week, I am really flattered!

When I get my computer back (hopefully tomorrow) I will start to work on the winning ladys video. The power supply was damaged and that ruined also my hard disc drive. Luckily I saved most of the data on an external drive, so I should be able to begin right then, when the repair is done.

  5. A few days ago, I had the chance to personally tell Anne Will that she was voted “Most Enchanting German Woman” by you. At first, she joked that there was probably only one name on the list of candidates, but when I told her that there was no list of candidates at all, and that she also got votes from outside of Germany, she was very impressed. We only talked briefly, but it was enough to convince me that the result of this poll was very well deserved, she’s very nice, charming, and also very attractive.

I didn’t have the chance to talk to Miriam Meckel as well, but I told Anne Will that her girlfriend made the list of Most Enchanting Women as well. Anne joked that it’s better to not let Miriam know that she only came in 3rd. ;)

I know it’s only September, but after this chance meeting, I’m sure which real-life couple will definitely make my “Enchanting Women of 2010″ list.

  6. Olá, sou fã de Claudia Hiersche.Alguém sabe quando ela volta a TV ou ao cinema?

    Saudades de Claudia Hiersche.

    Uinali, Manaus-Amazonas-Brasil.

  7. Will there be a new poll this year: Most Enchanting German Women 2011?
I’m pretty sure I already know which two lovely ladies would come in on spot #1 and #2.
    ;)

    • I’m sure about that, too. ;)

Unfortunately, at the moment, it’s because of those two ladies that I’m way too busy to conduct another poll. :( But maybe later this year.
