Verbotene Liebe Recap: Carla and Stella read a newspaper
…and that’s all they did together this week. But don’t be too disappointed just yet, we will definitely see much more of them next week!

No new episode due to the live coverage of the Women’s Euro 2009 semi-final Germany – Norway.
Tuesday, September 8th, 2009 (3459)
After being caught in Sebastian’s suite by Stella, Olivia claims that she wanted to decorate the suite as a surprise for the newlyweds. Stella, who does not seem to believe her, decides to turn the tables on Olivia and forces her to actually decorate the suite with her. Just when Olivia tries again to release the insects, Olli and Christian show up at the suite with decorating material as well.

Carla is still at the wedding and, together with the other guests, waits for news about little Christina Brandner, who was hurt during a fight between Ansgar and Matthias Brandner. Carla blames Ansgar for what happened, but he shows actual remorse.

Thursday, September 10th, 2009 (3461)
Carla and Stella are in the entrance hall. Carla is reading an article from the Lahnstein Holding’s inhouse newspaper to Stella, in which Ansgar already announces his plans for the restructuring of the Lahnstein corporate group. Stella argues that it might not have been Ansgar who wrote the article, but Carla is sure that it was him.
When Leo joins them in the hall, Carla shows the paper to him. Leo is shocked when he learns of Ansgar’s plans. Carla is determined to stop Ansgar from destroying their father’s lifework, but when Leo offers his support, Carla tells him that she doesn’t think that he could be of any help, especially since he doesn’t even work in the Holding.

After exchanging an affectionate glance with Stella, Carla leaves the castle. Stella heads for the kitchen, leaving Leo alone in the entrance hall.

Later, Leo asks Carla, Maria, Ansgar and Elisabeth to come together in the living room. There, he announces to his family that he is going to leave Königsbrunn for good to live with his wife Sarah in Boston.

Friday, September 11th, 2009
No Carla and Stella scenes, Stella was not in this episode.
Although she is sad that Leonard decided to leave Königsbrunn for good, Carla tells him that she understands her brother’s decision to follow his wife. Still, it’s hard for her to actually have to say goodbye to him.

Sebastian is devastated that Lydia left him after it turned out that he is the father of little Christina Brandner, Lydia’s half-sister. When Carla visits him in his suite together with her little daughter Sophia, he tells her that he is not interested in being a father to Christina.
