Must-See of the Week: Ellen & Portia’s Wedding Video

A year ago today, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi got married in their Los Angeles home in the presence of only a few family members and close friends. They took advantage of a ruling of the California Supreme Court in May of 2008, which allowed gay couples to get married just like straight couples.

Ellen showed pictures and a video of the wedding on her talk show in September of 2008:
