Happy Birthday, Alex Hedison!
Earlier this week, I asked one of the creators of fanofalex.com for news about Alex Hedison, and she reminded me that today is Alex’ 40th birthday. Which is a very good excuse reason to dedicate another blog post to her.

Although I liked that show a lot, it of course wasn’t as successful as the other show Alex was in, this little lesbian show called “The L Word”. Alex played Dylan Moreland, a supposedly straight film-maker who falls for Helena Peabody, played by Rachel Shelley. After breaking Helena’s heart (and relieving her of some of her money), Dylan leaves L.A. at the end of Season 3, only to return in Season 6.

Great videos! She’s just sooo damn cute and sexy, this Alex! I have a complete crush on her!
And I have to say the scene in season 6 with Helena crying and Dylan comforting her, it’s so sensitive, so caring, it just brakes my heart every time I watch it. Guess I’m just a hopeless romantic….

I will never ever forgive Ilene Chaiken that she turned my beloved Helena in an alcoholic und brought back Dylan to reunite her and Helena (for what I prayed at night for 2 years) only to let them split up again! IC you fu**ed it up! Dylan and Helena were meant for each other! I can’t imagine anybody who would be better for Helena than Dylan, there’s so much love, tenderness, caring, hot and steamy sex … uuuhmmm… I better take a cold shower right now, excuse me for a little moment, I’ll be right back…
Okay, I’m back, still a little weak in the knees from this little movies that start running through my head, when I’m thinking of Dylan and Helena (No, my nickname is not a coincidence *g*)!
So what was I going to say before I needed the shower? Ah, yes, I know: If there will ever be a TLW movie Ilene Chaiken should better make sure to get that Dylena thing right! These two gorgeous women belong together, maybe even more than TiBette do! Okay, perhaps I would allow Helena in the beginning of the movie a little hot affair with Sergeant Xena…sorry, I meant Sergeant Mary Beth Duffy, but only to find out that Dylan really is the love of her life and they will live happily ever after!
What? You mean the TLW movie should reveal who killed Jenny? Sorry who really cares? *g*
