Ellen & Portia are America’s most favorite babysitters

Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and her wife of nine months, actress Portia de Rossi, are American moms’ first choice when asked which celebrities they would feel most comfortable leaving their kids with. In a poll conducted by ParentDish.com among more than 10,000 moms, the lesbian couple got 31 % of the votes, thus winning by a clear margin over Jennifer Aniston (22 %) and even Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt (18 %), who came in second and fourth, respectively.

Ellen talked about this in her monologue on Friday’s show:

Ellen and Portia might even be able to demonstrate their babysitting skills soon, as they are new aunts. Ellen announced on her show that Portia’s brother and his wife welcomed a baby girl last week.

American singer Pink dismissed the recent rumours that she is bisexual this week on Twitter (@pink). On May 3rd, she wrote: “i just read that im bisexual. so 1991. good thing people write articles about me so i can get my facts str8. i mean straight. …”
