Today wasn’t exactly a slow day when it comes to news about our favourite lesbian couples. It looks like Ellen and Portia can finally get married, that Jodie and Cydney might have broken up, and that Melissa and Tammy – well, there weren’t any news about them, they’re still committed and in love and drive their kids to school, except that from now on, they officially can call each other “wife”.

If the Supreme Court’s ruling persists, California might become the place to live for gays and lesbians from all over the U.S., even the world. Just imagine all the gay people in the streets of San Francisco, or dancing in the clubs and bars in West Hollywood – wait a minute, that already IS reality.

Congratulations to everyone who will now be able to have their relationship be officially recognized as what it is – love and commitment, regardless of gender.
